PI helps you comply with the NOM-035<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the creation of the NOM-035 regulation of the Mexican Labor Ministry (NOM-035-STPS-2018), <\/strong>we have developed a program for identifying, analyzing, preventing, and intervening the psychosocial risk factors in the workspace, which comprises two stages:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diagnose: Identification of the psychosocial risk factors <\/strong>involving the workers of all hierarchies, so as to have a broad coverage in the actions taken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intervention Implementing an action plan <\/strong>to prevent and\/or intervene in the psychosocial risk factors detected on the first stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The companies interested having a more wholesome approach to the well-being of their team-members that is also specific to their needs, we suggest a third stage to deepen in the opportunity areas of the company and the people that conform it. This may include services such as psychotherapy in your company, training, and assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
