PI helps you comply with the NOM-035
With the creation of the NOM-035 regulation of the Mexican Labor Ministry (NOM-035-STPS-2018), we have developed a program for identifying, analyzing, preventing, and intervening the psychosocial risk factors in the workspace, which comprises two stages:
Diagnose: Identification of the psychosocial risk factors involving the workers of all hierarchies, so as to have a broad coverage in the actions taken.
Intervention Implementing an action plan to prevent and/or intervene in the psychosocial risk factors detected on the first stage.
The companies interested having a more wholesome approach to the well-being of their team-members that is also specific to their needs, we suggest a third stage to deepen in the opportunity areas of the company and the people that conform it. This may include services such as psychotherapy in your company, training, and assessments.

Pi has wide experience working with companies to help them manage the pain derived from labor accidents, as much as to provide aid in thanatological processes, when losses are of an irreparable nature.
